Our small batch fig creamed honey is completely unique experience. A 100% local product because it's made of only two ingredients: locally grown figs, and local honey! This one will sell out fast. Everybody raves about it! Creamed honey is different from Whipped honey, which has a lot of air added to it. Creamed is smooth and has a different crystal structure which stays spreadable and melts on your tongue. Use it as a spread, add to your favorite tea or smoothie...or heck just eat it straight from the jar! We don't judge. Each batch takes over 150 hours to make, which proves that good things take time...but it's worth the wait!
