Creamed Honey- Strawberry

Our small batch local strawberry creamed honey is a completely unique experience.  Creamed honey is different from Whipped honey, which has a lot of air added to it. Creamed is smooth and has a different crystal structure which stays spreadable and melts on your tongue. Use as a spread, add to your favorite tea or smoothie...or heck just eat it straight from the jar! We don't judge. Each batch takes approximately 150 hours to make which proves that good things take time...but are worth the wait!
